Infoworld reporter James Borck puts four hosted-CRM solutions to the test. SalesForce.com rated, "excellent" ahead of NetSuite 10, RightNow CRM 7.0 and Salesnet Extended Edition. Borck gives props to SalesForce for their ease-of-use, administration capabilities and extensibility.
