Siebel OnDemand Update

Siebel launched version 6 of its OnDemand hosted CRM application yesterday. The highlight of this release is the launch of four vertical-specific versions of OnDemand for Wealth Management/Insurance, High Tech, Life Sciences/Medical and Automotive -- a shot right at SalesForce.com's CustomForce.com.

When asked about the challenge, SalesForce.com CEO Marc Benioff suggested an eWEEK Labs shootout.
