For the next two months, SalesForce.com rival, NetSuite, is offering a 50% discount on SalesForce.com's current subscription prices. The offer is available for customers who sign a NetSuite contract by March 31st. Existing SalesForce.com customers can receive 50% off their renewal and free data migration services.
Benioff doesn't seemed to be worried, calling the offer "another act of desperation".
